FUNCTIONAL ACCOUNTABILITIES
Identify Prospect Targets

  • Research and identify potential prospects based on ideal customer profiles (ICP).

  • Use tools such as LinkedIn, CRM databases, and market research platforms to build targeted prospect lists.

Outreach and Engagement

  • Initiate contact with identified prospects via email, social media, or other approved channels.

  • Craft personalized outreach messages to increase engagement and meeting booking rates.

Qualify Leads

  • Assess prospect fit based on criteria such as industry, budget, and decision-making authority.

  • Pass qualified leads to the sales team for further engagement.

Tracking and Reporting

  • Maintain accurate records of prospecting activities and outcomes in CRM tools.

  • Provide regular updates on lead generation progress and key metrics to the team.

Qualifications

 

  • Skilled in identifying and evaluating potential prospects based on defined criteria.

  • Proficient in crafting compelling and professional messages to engage potential prospects.

  • Ensures accuracy in prospect lists, outreach efforts, and CRM updates.
