Job Description

Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced SEO and AdWords Specialist to join our team, driving comprehensive SEO strategies and managing AdWords campaigns aimed at increasing visibility and engagement across our digital platforms. Reporting to our marketing lead, the specialist will be responsible for crafting and executing SEO and paid search strategies to enhance web traffic, generate leads, and foster growth in both B2B and B2C markets.

Key Responsibilities

  • SEO Optimization: Develop, implement, and refine on-page and off-page SEO strategies to improve search engine rankings and website visibility.
    • Optimize website content, meta-tags, and keywords for targeted search terms.
    • Conduct regular keyword research and competitive analysis to identify new opportunities for growth.
    • Track and analyze SEO performance using Google Analytics, Search Console, and other SEO tools.
  • AdWords and Google Shopping Campaigns: Create and manage paid search and display campaigns in AdWords and Google Shopping.
    • Develop targeted AdWords campaigns that align with overall traffic growth goals.
    • Optimize ad performance, perform A/B testing, and make adjustments based on analytics insights.
    • Track and report on campaign performance, budget allocation, and ROI.
  • Email Marketing Strategy and Content Development:
    • Collaborate on crafting lead generation and customer engagement strategies through targeted email marketing campaigns.
    • Create and curate engaging email content for product promotions, newsletters, and customer retention initiatives.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with the internal marketing team to align SEO and AdWords strategies with broader marketing initiatives.
    • Provide insights and actionable recommendations to enhance the company’s digital marketing strategy.
    • Monitor industry trends and competitors’ activities to continuously improve SEO and SEM strategies.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications

  • Experience: 4-6 years of hands-on SEO and AdWords experience, with a proven record of improving website traffic and search engine rankings.
  • Technical Skills:
    • SEO tools: Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Moz, or similar platforms.
    • AdWords: Strong knowledge of Google AdWords and Google Shopping campaign setup, optimization, and analysis.
    • Content Development: Experience with creating high-quality, optimized content that drives engagement and conversions.
    • Email Marketing: Proficiency in email marketing strategies and tools (MailChimp, HubSpot, or similar).
  • Analytical Abilities: Skilled in data analysis, keyword research, and performance reporting.
  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present insights and strategies effectively to team members.

Nice-to-Have Qualifications

  • Experience with B2B and B2C digital marketing strategies.
  • Familiarity with content management systems (e.g., WordPress).
  • Knowledge of additional SEM platforms (e.g., Bing Ads, LinkedIn Ads).
