About the Role
We are seeking a Business Analyst with expertise in Drupal. This role is pivotal to shaping the project's direction by gathering requirements and ensuring the seamless execution of project phases from conception to delivery. The Business Analyst will work closely with developers, stakeholders, and project managers to implement effective digital solutions utilizing Drupal.

Job Description
What You Will Be Doing
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for Drupal-based projects.
- Translate business requirements into detailed functional specifications and user stories.
- Facilitate communication between technical teams and business units to ensure successful project delivery.
- Manage a detailed Jira roadmap, aligning with product goals, and maintaining the product backlog.
- Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and validate that completed stories meet acceptance criteria.
- Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for Drupal-based solutions.
- Collaborate on content model definition and execute content migration processes.
Qualifications
- Strong experience with Drupal 8/9/10 and related technologies (PHP, HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
- Experience with product support, requirement gathering, and agile methodologies such as SCRUM.
- Capable of building and maintaining product backlogs and managing Jira roadmaps.
- Experience facilitating communication between stakeholders and technical teams.
Preferred Skills and Experience
- Familiarity with Drupal theming, module customization, and CRM/eCommerce integrations.
- Experience in web development, user-centric design principles, and digital agencies or tech startups.
- Certified Scrum Product Owner, and knowledge of WCAG 2.1 or 2.2 guidelines.
- Understanding of cloud-based technologies, API-driven integrations, and microservices.
